The Department of Work with the Disabled Children
The department of work with the disabled children occupies one of the leading parts in our structure. It was organized simultaneously with "The Union of the Gifted Youth" foundation. Ms Tamara Schabel, who is а person with а great heart, has been an unchanged head of it.

The department is in charge of maintaining the work with the gifted disabled children and youth. The main tasks of the department are to provide self-realization for the disabled children and youth. Accomplishing their mission the department cooperates with the teachers, psychologists, social workers. The main principle of the work consists in the attentive attitude for each particular child. Moreover the department collaborates with all public organizations that work with the gifted disabled children and youth.
The staff is absolutely devoted to the work with the gifted disabled people, and all of them have huge love for children. The motto of these people is to love life and never to sink their spirits.
